Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If you would like to return an item to Lean Joe Bean, please make sure it is within the 30 day timeframe in order to get a full refund. 

Refund Requirements:

  1. The item must be in original packaging
  2. At least half of the packets of Lean Joe Bean should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process:
Email us at info@leanjoebean.com informing us of the order you want to refund on. Please ensure it is within the 30 day timeframe, otherwise we cannot accept any refunds.

  1. We will email you a mailing address once we receive your email, and make sure your item is eligible for a refund. 
  2. Place the bag in a box or a mailer and mail it back to us.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the reception of your returned item. Your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days, using your original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds:
Refunds may typically take 5 to 10 business days before it is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please make sure to check your bank account again. Additionally, we recommend contacting your credit card provider, and bank for further assistance.

 

Partial Refunds:
In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be issued. This typically applies to items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts, not as a result of our error.

 

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@leanjoebean.com and send your item to: 26500 Agoura Road Suite 102-467 Calabasas, CA  91302.
Please note that the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.


Gifts:

If the item was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
However, if the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will then be informed of your return.


Shipping:
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.


Refused Packages:
You have the option to refuse packages in the event of a significant delay in shipment (over one month) or if the package or its contents are clearly damaged upon arrival. Once we receive the refused items, we will promptly issue a full refund (including shipping costs). Please note that we strive to ensure the timely and safe delivery of all orders, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.
